Title IX
It shall be the policy of the Dryden Central School Board of Education to comply with all provisions of Title IX of the Educational Amendments.

Said amendment specifies “No person shall on the basis of sex be excluded from participation in, be denied the benefits of, or be subjected to discrimination under any education program or activity receiving Federal financial assistance.”
